Raw Caramel Slice
Handmade in small batches and packed full of natural wholefoods my Raw Caramel Slice has been a favorite recipe of mine for years. Made with Medjool Dates, Almonds, Cashews, Tahini, Coconut Oil, Organic Cacao Powder and Maple Syrup.
My brownie is handmade with Medjool Dates, Walnuts and Pecans, Organic Cacao Powder, Coconut, Goji Berries, Sunflower Seeds, Maple Syrup and a little cinnamon. Cacao powder is one of the worlds most nutrient dense foods and contains a host of nutrients and minerals.
Raw Energy Bar
I often keep these in my bag when I'm running around on busier days. They're made with Almonds, Gluten Free Oats, Coconut, Goji Berry, Chia Seed,Medjool Dates, Cinnamon and bound together with Peanut Butter and Coconut Oil. All of my favorite things. I find these give me a good boost of consistent energy.
Raw Carrot Cake
I wanted to create a clean, raw version of a Carrot Cake and I came up with this after a few weeks of testing out recipes. I hope you enjoy it! Its made with Medjool Dates, Carrot, Walnuts, Pecans, Cashew Nuts, Coconut, Sunflower Seeds, Lemon Juice, Maple Syrup and Pistachio Nuts.
